I paid but I’m not sure my visit went through

You’ll see a confirmation on screen and get an email once a physician has your case. If you were charged but never saw a confirmation, don’t pay again — send us a note below and we’ll sort it out.

How do refunds work?

If you’re not eligible for treatment, or we can’t help, you get a full refund. Once a prescription has been reviewed and sent, the visit is complete and non-refundable. See our full pricing and refund terms on the pricing page.

How fast will a physician review my case?

Usually the same day. If you started a visit and haven’t heard back, message us and we’ll check on it.

Can you help with something outside a tick bite?

We stay narrow on purpose — prevention after a high-risk bite and early Lyme with a classic rash. Anything beyond that, we’ll point you to the right kind of care.
